Your respective plan that you enrolled in utilizes the First Health Network, which is a PPO (No referral required).

When you use a doctor or facility that does not have a contract with First Health, they're considered out-of-network and can charge you full price. It is considerably higher than the in-network negotiated rate.

The First Health Network has the most affordable negotiated contract rates with over 1 million Doctors & Providers (PCP, Pediatrics, Cardiologist and other Specialists), Imaging Centers, National Labs, Urgent Cares, Emergency Rooms and Hospitals.

My First Health Network Provider Search Instructions

Access list of participating providers by clicking the link above to find a health provider with the First Health Online Search function on the portal. Use this site to narrow down on the treatment you are looking for and search for providers, conditions, specialties and more.

This search will help you find anything you may need in a fast and easy way. To use the Search function, you just need to list zip code and / or select your county / city. If you already know the facility or specialty you’re looking for, be sure to use the search filters.

You can also click “Get Started” to search for the best match for your particular condition, gender and age.

The portal strives to keep its info updated. Be sure you always confirm with the provider or its representatives that they are still contracted with First Health Network as a provider.
